Day1: Arusha Arrival

Arrival at JRO — meet your driver/guide — transfer to your accommodation for a welcome drink — pass on for lunch at lodge upon early morning arrival — some afternoon relaxation — optional afternoon birding safari to nearby Arusha National Park — dinner at lodge

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Breakfast at lodge — transfer to Tarangire NP for an extensive game drive through the typical woodlands and floodplains that attract large herds of elephants — watch the impressive concentration of game during the dry season and up to 500 bird species — enjoy your lunch at a scenic picnic site — dinner at camp

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

Day 4:Tarangire National Park

Optional pre-breakfast bird walk around the camp — breakfast at camp — game drive through the impressive Maasai Savanna featuring big numbers of baobab and acacia trees — transfer to Karatu — lunch at lodge — relax at the pool or select among various options for local excursions in the afternoon such as visiting Falcos Orphanage Centre or a local arts and crafts market — dinner at lodge

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

Breakfast at lodge — descend to the Ngoronogoro Crater floor for an extensive game drive — in addition to ample birdlife, the crater is home to the Big Five and an excellent game viewing opportunity with plenty of game guaranteed – lunch at scenic picnic site on the crater floor — enjoy the breathtaking panorama up on the crater rim — dinner at lodge

Day 6: Serengeti National Park

Breakfast at lodge — depart for Serengeti National Park where up to 70 mammal species including zebra, wildebeest, cheetah, gazelle, hyena, impala, baboon, and giraffe can be seen — drive the spectacular scenic road downhill the crater and cross the vast Serengeti Plains – game viewing en route to the camp which is situated right in the heart of the park — enjoy your lunch at a scenic picnic site — dinner at lodge

Day 9: Serengeti National Park

Day 10: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Day 11: Arusha / transfer to Zanzibar

Breakfast at lodge — transfer to Arusha airport — fly from Arusha to the tropical island of Zanzibar — transfer to lodge and settle down with a welcome drink — pass on for lunch and some afternoon relaxation at the lodge — visit nearby Stone Town which best reveals it´s capturing magic during the blue hour right after sunset — have dinner at a comfortable Stone Town restaurant and taste the unique Zanzibari cuisine with it´s bewildering array of tastes, flavours, and textures — transfer to lodge

Day 12: Zanzibar Beaches / Stone Town

Breakfast at lodge — wander through the narrow, cobbled streets of Stone Town and explore it´s beautiful mosques and grand Arab houses — browse tiny souvenir shops and bustling bazaars — return to lodge for lunch — visit Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park and try to spot the endemic Zanzibar Red Colobus monkey — dinner at lodge — optional sunset boat tour.

Day 13: Zanzibar Beaches / Stone Town
